Cajeta

Cajeta is a traditional Mexican Caramel. The one made on our farm is slow cooked for over four hours, caramelizing All We Need Farm Goat Milk and real cane sugar together to make a thick, rich confection that can be used as a topping in desserts, a filling for pastry, a sauce for dipping fruit or churros, to make a decadent cup of coffee or just enjoyed on a spoon. Our Cajeta won second place in confection at the American Dairy Goat Associations National Products Competition in Danvers, Massachusetts in 2025.
